I want to practice dealing on a real casino poker table, what are the measurments of the tables? Also, what kind of cards do they use? Bridge sized?

There is no standard size for tables in poker. Almost all tables used for poker in casino play are 8 1/2 or 9 feet long.

I’m not 100% about the size of a poker table, but I can tell you the cards are bridge sized, and once you learn how to pitch correctly, the size of a table would make little to no difference. BUT, make sure you learn the RIGHT way from a seasoned dealer or you’ll never get a job.

I second what star said, be sure you are practicing the proper dealing techniques. Dealing in a casino has some very specific rules and nuances that you likely aren’t familiar with. If you truely want to become a dealer, you will need to go to a dealer school anyway for certification so you might as well just learn there rather than going through the trouble of building or buying a table for practice at home.
